Function:

Maintenance cleaning of ceramic and chromium rolls.

Inks:

Any types of ink, varnish or glue

Material:

Ceramic, chrome and doctor rolls (nytril).

Brown viscous liquid, thixotropic

Usage:

• IN RECYL’S MACHINE: AC machines (see the instructions of the machine)
• IN THE PRINTING PRESS / Maintenance to be used roughly 1 time per week.

Directions of use:(see product label)

Do not dilute.-Always shake before use-Pour the product along the anilox roll, spread evenly by turning the anilox roll around. Leave, between 10 & 45 min. Rinse the anilox with water or alcohol, using the inking system (do not use acetate).Brush, rinse again.

• OUT OF THE PRINTING PRESS / Deep Cleaning To be used roughly 1 time per week.

Do not dilute.-Always shake before use-Spread a thick coat of product on the rolls, using a protective glove. Make a massage every 20 min. Leave between 1 to 48h. Wrap a P.E. sheet around the roll. Rinse with water or alcohol (do not use acetate). Finish with cold water at high pressure.
