Usage:
- IN RECYL’S MACHINE : AC machines (see the instructions of the machine
- IN THE PRINTING PRESS / Maintenance To be used roughly 1 time per week.
- OUT OF THE PRINTING PRESS / Deep Cleaning To be used roughly 1 time per week.
Directions of use:(see product label)
Do not dilute. Always shake before use-Spread a thick coat of product on the rolls, using a protective glove.
Make a massage every 20 min. Leave between 1 to 48h. Wrap a P.E. sheet around the roll.
Rinse with water or alcohol (do not use acetate). Finish with cold water at high pressure.
Do not dilute. Always shake before use. Pour the product along the anilox roll, spread evenly by turning the anilox roll around.
Leave, between 10 & 45 min. Rinse the anilox with water or alcohol, using the inking system (do not use acetate). Brush, rinse again.
